Gray-Red Jujube, also known as Ruoqiang Xinjiang Gray Jujube, is a variety of red date grown in the Ruoqiang region of Xinjiang. It is named for the grayish-white appearance the fruit develops during the natural air-drying process on the tree. Premium-quality gray jujubes are harvested only once a year and are naturally dried on the tree.
